We accept returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Warranty for Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If an item is found to be defective and breaks within the first 45 days of purchase, we offer a warranty to cover the replacement or repair of the item. Please contact our customer service team at info@handzpickleball.com within the warranty period to report the issue.

2.1 Warranty Claim Process
To process a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

2.2 Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. It applies only to defects in materials or workmanship

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
